Where can I see the Topstone vaporizer in person?

Is your vaporizer patented?

Yes, Topstone was issued a design patent in 2016 for the use of a Pyrex glass chamber, intake box design, wooden mouthpiece, and overall aesthetics of the piece. We are very proud of the thoughtfulness and innovations that went into designing the Topstone vaporizer. 

How do I assemble my vaporizer? How do I disassemble my vaporizer?

There are two joints on the vaporizer: the first is between the mouthpiece and glass chamber and the second is between the glass chamber and body. Instead of threaded joints, both joints have labyrinth seals.

This simply means that you twist apart to disassemble, and twist together to reassemble.

How do I clean my vaporizer?

The glass is dishwasher safe. We recommend removing it from the rest of the vaporizer and using soap and a small brush to clean inside and out, then placing it in the dishwasher. For the mouthpiece and body, wipe down with a clean cloth. Do not use chemicals or harsh solutions as they may damage the natural wood mouthpiece.

What if I chip/break the glass chamber?

If you chip or break your chamber, please email us and we will replace it for you. As we expand our e-commerce offering, customers will also be able to order individual chambers as well as new coils directly from our site.

When do I charge my vaporizer?

It all depends on how often you are using it. There is no disassembly required for charging your vaporizer. A low battery does not heat the coil as effectively, so if you notice that the coil is not heating up as quickly or vaporizing as effectively, it’s time to charge the piece.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 3 days of purchase for buyers remorse. We want you be satisfied with your experience and will work with you to resolve any issues.
